From First-Gen Student to Global Advocate
He stepped onto campus in 2010 as a first-generation college student, unsure of what to expect. Four years later, she walked across the graduation stage with a degree in International Relations and a vision to change the world.
Engineering a Better Future
She is fascination with machines began in his parents’ garage, taking apart old radios and building makeshift robots from spare parts. That childhood curiosity flourished into a career in sustainable engineering, sparked and nurtured during his years at the university.
